特製十勝牛のワイン漬ステーキ辨當

　北海道のおいしいお肉といえば、やっぱり十勝牛が有名です。北海道の駅弁では、かにやいくらなどの海の幸のお弁当が多いですが、北海道の十勝が誇る十勝牛のステーキ弁当もおすすめです。電車の中で、十勝牛のステーキが食べられるなんてとっても贅沢だとおもいませんか？今回紹介するステーキ弁当は、「特製十勝牛のワイン漬ステーキ辨當」というお弁当で、主に北海道根室本線の池田駅で販売されています。「特製十勝牛のワイン漬ステーキ辨當」弁当は、1974年ごろから販売されていて、とても歴史のあるお弁当だそうです。北海道のグルメ番組にも登場することが多いみたいで、駅弁紹介の本などでも、必ずといっていいほど紹介されている北海道を代表する有名な駅弁だそうです。やはり有名な十勝牛だけあってとても人気な駅弁のようです。また「特製十勝牛のワイン漬ステーキ辨當」弁当は、完全予約制なので、購入する方はお早めに予約をした方がいいかもしれません。予約をすると、池田駅のホームや列車のデッキで受け取れるようです。
　気になるお弁当の中身は、分厚い十勝牛のステーキがずっしりと入っています。お肉のほかには、日の丸ご飯とステーキの下にスパゲッティがあり、野菜サラダやみかんなどヘルシーな食材も入っています。お弁当なので、ステーキといってもそんなに分厚くないステーキを想像しますが、想像以上に分厚いんです。重さを見てみると、なんと150グラムも入っています。しかも、表面1ミリくらいしか変色していないミディアムレアになっており、食欲をそそられます。できたてなので、とても柔らかく、ジューシーなステーキです。レストランよねくら特製のソースもついていますが、ソースをかけなくても十分においしいです。1つのお弁当で、十分なほど十勝牛が堪能できるお弁当です。
　十勝方面に旅に出かける際には、ぜひ「特製十勝牛のワイン漬ステーキ辨當」弁当を召し上がってみてください。お弁当とは思えないほど、おいしいステーキが食べられますよ。購入の際は、予約を忘れずにしてくださいね。
